The German company is searching for a company within Europe that might be able to produce metal blades for them and eventually also the complete scissors. However, the grinded blades are most important to them and would be the first step of partnership. The required steel is stainless steel 1.4034 or similar. The blades are not bend and have a length of 5 to 28 cm; with a thickness from 2,00mm to 3,00mm.
Mainly they are doing business in the household and handicraft sector. As cost are rising in Germany, they need a company who produces the blades and grinds them. The production of the blades can be done by Laser cutting or stamping. Also, they need the hardening / heat treatment eventually the potential partner or a different company around it could do (blades need to have 55-56 HRC).
