A Swiss SME, active in the field of orthopaedics/traumatology, has developed a medical device boosting fracture healing. The device features drug-device combination compatible materials and manufacturing processes. Upgrading it to an antimicrobial-device combination product this device has the potential to meet a large unmet clinical need enabling efficient delivery of medication where can be hardly reached via parenteral or local administration. Partners for an Eurostars application are sought.
