A Dutch SME is scaling up it’s patented upcycling process for the valorization of hard cheese by-products. Currently they are looking for a food extraction facility, capable of working with ethanol and drying equipment (and diary as raw materia). The objective of the foreseen collaboration is to produce the first kgs in the next months with an outlook on commercial regular production during the next 3-5 years. An outsourcing agreement is looked for.
