The client is a Czech food production company specializing in kimchi. They are currently looking for a reliable partner who can provide regular deliveries of vegetables and fruits, especially napa cabbage, carrots, daikon, spring onion, ginger, peeled garlic and onion, and other fresh ingredients. Their expected volume is 2 deliveries per week, approximately 4 tons per delivery. They process the vegetables ourselves (cutting, fermentation). They are looking for both conventional and organic (BIO) quality. Key requirements: HACCP documentation and BIO quality documentation. Preference for EPS crate packaging; no cartons or wooden crates
